Handmade to order Every Sonny piece is made by hand, just for you. Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of your order for your piece to be made and dispatched. We'll send you a notification once it's on its way.

Need it sooner? If you have a specific date you need your piece by — a birthday, anniversary, or any occasion worth adorning — get in touch with us at hello@sonnyjewellery.com before placing your order and we'll let you know what we can do. We'll always try our best. 🧡

Shipping within New Zealand We ship all New Zealand orders via NZ Post. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days once dispatched, depending on your location but please allow for up to 7 buiness days.

Free shipping on all NZ orders over $200.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via NZ Post. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only — we aren't able to guarantee delivery dates once your order has left us.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government. These costs are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure what to expect.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Lost or Delayed Parcels Once your order has been handed to NZ Post, it is in their care. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. If something seems off with your delivery, get in touch at hello@sonnyjewellery.com and we'll do our best to help track it down.
